US 101 Simpson Avenue Bridge - Piling Repair
Project Date: 2011
The US 101 Simpson Avenue Bridge in Hoquiam is a 1,978-foot-long bridge that spans the Hoquiam River in Washington State.
WSDOT closed the bridge to traffic on Aug. 5 after an inspection revealed severe degradation to the piles of the most easterly pier. During the closure, vehicles will detour onto the nearby Riverside Bridge that has been reconfigured to accommodate two-way traffic. (More) |
